FAQ's 

Do you have questions about our process, company, and procedures? Check out the frequently asked questions below. Still have questions? Drop us an email and we will get back to you!

  • What time can we expect to see you?
    Generally between 7:30 and 8 am. Sometimes the material supplier will not be open until 8 am, in which case it will be a little later.
  • Do we need our car out of the driveway?
    Yes and no. All of the materials are very heavy so the closer we can be to the entrance, the better.
  • What Covid safety precautions do you take?
    We wear masks while in your home/business, and we are vaccinated.
  • Do you remove and replace toilets?
    Yes, we remove toilets. However, we do not reinstall toilets. Please have a plan ready to have your toilet reinstalled.
  • Do you repair dry-rot?
    If it is not structural and is part of the subfloor/deck, yes we can repair it.
  • Do you move furniture?
    We do move furniture. However, small items and breakables will be moved by the customer.
  • How long will the job take to complete?
    Every job's needs are different so during your estimate we will go over a time-of-work estimate with you.
  • Do you unhook and replace gas lines?
    No. We do not offer this service and would expect to have all gas lines unhooked before our arrival, if necessary.
  • Is floor prep necessary?
    Depending on your choice of material, floor prep is absolutely necessary. During the estimate we will explain all of the prep options for you to help make the best and most economical choice for your style of flooring.
  • Will we get to see the antler van?
    ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
